Under-18s are allowed until 5:00 pm when accompanied by a responsible adult.
- After 5:00 pm, no under-18s allowed.
- They also use a strict “Challenge 25” policy: if you look under 25, you may be asked to provide proof of age (UK driving licence or passport; photocopies not accepted).

No sportswear, gymwear, tracksuits, flip-flops/sliders or workout trainers.
- Smart / fashion trainers may be permitted.

Dogs / animals: Dogs are not allowed in the venue; guide dogs are always welcome.

External catering is not allowed.
- BYO (bring your own alcohol) is not allowed.

Outdoor terraces are not fully covered (to preserve views), so in case of bad weather they may attempt to move you indoors but that is not guaranteed.
- The 10th-floor rooftop is covered/heated in winter, but it has no wheelchair access currently.

The 9th floor (bar, restaurant, terraces) has disabled access.
