General Terms

1. Anyone who looks under 21 may be asked to provide a photographic ID. We accept photographic ID in the form of driving licence, passport or ID cards

2. We kindly ask that you do not bring any external food & drinks into the venue. If you have specific external supplier requests around food or drinks, please agree this in writing with the venue manager in advance. Note: you will be required to disclose full item lists, quantities and load in/load out times in advance, sign a food disclaimer and/or pay a corkage fee.

3. You are liable for any damage to all and any of the venue fittings, fixtures, equipment or décor within your bookable space or area. Damage charges will apply and must be paid in full on the day.

4. We are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or left unattended within the venue.

5. Each room has a maximum capacity, should you have extra guests we will accommodate where possible within our capacity and safety guidelines.

6. If you require items to be delivered or collected from the venue for the purposes of your event and this is external to your booking hours, usual trading times and/or requires additional members of staff there may be an additional hourly charge.

7. Please note: CCTV is in use at all times throughout the venue.

8. Menus are indicative of the food offer when booking but may be subject to change. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients and as such reserve the right to substitute the appropriate ingredients within a dish from those originally stated. Your event manager will inform you of this prior to your booking.

9. There may be instances where we have our own photographers in the venue, which may be showcased on our digital marketing materials, if you would prefer not to have photos taken please make your manager aware at the point of booking.

10. The venue does not have a wedding license.

11. The venue does not accept promoted events.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation we require full notice a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the booking date in order to process a full refund.

For cancellations within 30 days:

15 - 30 Days: We retain 25% deposit (50% of the minimum spend)

10 - 15 Days: We retain the full deposit (50% of the minimum spend)

Less than 10 Days: We retain 100% of the payment.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
