Extras accrued after the event or payments for customers with pre-agreed billing accounts are to be settled within 28 days. Thereafter interest fees may apply.
A final number of delegates must be confirmed 48 hours before scheduled arrival.
Overnight accommodation confirmation is required 7 days prior to the date of arrival. At this stage any rooms which have not been allocated to a specific individual will be released. Overnight accommodation cancelled thereafter is subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Dress code for meetings and dining is smart casual.
Adult health club use is permitted for residents only.
Any damage caused to the property by your guests will be your responsibility and will be charged accordingly. The hotel bears no responsibility for guest or third-party property.
It is your responsibility to notify the hotel in writing, should any guest attending suffer any food allergies.

Full cancellation fees apply for events cancelled within 14 days of the event. Cancellation charges are based upon the number for which the event was booked and based on the projected income level per person.
