Cancellation policy

You may cancel this agreement only upon giving written / email notice to the venue; however, a fee may be levied should a pre-order been submitted. Please see cancellation policy below. Cancellation of bookings (or any part thereof), the following cancellation charges may be levied at the sole discretion of the management.

We require a one-month notice period, to inform the venue of any cancellations. a full refund of all sums, including all food and beverage paid, will be issued. No other amount will be due or owed should we receive written cancellation outside of this 30 working days period. Should the client cancel inside of this one-month notice period the FULL balance of the agreed minimum spend is payable to the venue
