Cancellation policy

Cancellation
All deposits paid will be non-refundable. If the Hirer cancels the Event:
(i) 210 days or more prior to the Event
- The confirming deposit will be repaid in full.
(ii) Less than 210 but more than 183 days prior to the Event
- The cancellation charge will be equal to 25% of the venue hire and 10% of the minimum catering spend or 25% of the
package
(iii) Between 183 and 61 days prior to the Event
- The cancellation charge will be equal to 50% of the venue hire and 25% of the minimum catering spend or 50% of the
package
(iv) Between 60 days and 32 days prior to the Event
- The cancellation charge will be equal to 100% of the venue hire, 50% of the minimum catering spend, and 50% of the
agreed AV package or 100% of the package
(v) Between 31 days and 8 days prior to the Event
- The cancellation charge will be equal to 100% of the venue hire plus 75% of the total anticipated catering charges and
75% of the agreed AV package or 100% of the package
(vi) 7 days or less prior to the Event
- The cancellation charge will be 100% of the venue hire together with 100% of the anticipated catering charges and 100%
of the agreed AV package or 100% of the package
