Cancellation policy

If the client cancels a reservation/event, The Lowry Hotel reserves the right to claim the following sums, unless a
booking is obtained for the same dates with the same value from a third party on no less favourable terms:
i) Upon signing of contract until 7 months prior to arrival - 25% of total anticipated costs
ii) 6 months – 4 months in advance – 50% of total anticipated costs
iii) 3 months – 2 months in advance – 75% of total anticipated costs
iv) Within 1 month in advance – 100% cancellation charges will apply
In all instances, notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by
the Hotel.
