- As a football club if we are drawn at home in a competition the club reserves the right to cancel your booking including Tottenham Ladies fixtures

- The hirer is responsible for any damages made to the premises

- Leyton Orient Football Club will not be held accountable for any theft

- Leyton Orient Football Club may refuse any application to hire or to use any part of the premises from any organisation or individual, which in its opinion may lead to, or result in, public disturbance or disorder

- All staff have basic first aid training

- If the hirer refuses, or omits to perform or observe, any of these conditions or regulations (including non-payment of fees within the time specified) Leyton Orient Football Club shall have the right to cancel the hiring without notice or, if the function is already in progress, to terminate the same immediately, he/she or his/her guests, invitees or licensees may be excluded from the premises. In the event of cancellation, or termination, under this condition the hirer shall not be relieved from his/her obligations under the conditions or regulations (whether for payment or otherwise) and no refund or any part of the hiring fee or compensation shall be payable by Leyton Orient Football Club to any person.

- The authorised representatives of Leyton Orient Football Club shall be entitled to enter at any time any part of the premises hired. The hirer must comply with all requests made by an authorised representative for the carrying out of the conditions and stipulations herein contained.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
