CANCELLATION AND ATTRITION

28 Days - 60 rooms and under
• Group cancellation policy is 28 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation after this date or non-arrival will be charged in full.
• If numbers fall below 8 rooms, rack rates may apply
60 Days over 60 rooms
• Group cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival (less 10% non-refundable deposit). Any cancellation after this date or non-arrival will be charged in full.
90 Days over 100 rooms
• Group cancellation policy is 90 days prior to arrival (less 10% non-refundable deposit). Any cancellation after this date or non-arrival will be charged in full.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE

28 Days – 60 rooms and under
• 10% non-refundable deposit requested within 5 working days of the signature of the contract.
• 50% required 60 days prior to arrival.
• Remaining 40% is due 28 days prior to arrival.
• We will require a credit card number to secure the rooms.
60 Days over 60 rooms
