Exclusive Ground Floor – up to 270 standing capacity
The Cocktail Lounge with its own island bar, DJ booth, and cloakroom – 250 standing capacity
The Club Room, a spacious open area with theatre/cabaret/dining setup options – 350 standing capacity
Please note:
The entire basement has one main entrance, which allows your guests to move freely between all areas under your exclusive hire.
Booking Details:
We operate on a minimum spend basis, not a room hire fee
The minimum spend for exclusive basement hire is priced on application (excluding service charge)
A 50% deposit of the agreed minimum spend and a signed contract are required to confirm your booking
A 12.5% service charge applies (not included in the minimum spend)
Pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event, along with the remaining balance
