Cancellation policy

4. Cancellation of an Event
Should you cancel a confirmed booking; you agree to the following cancellation charges.
4.1 For Small Events
• 28 days (4 weeks) or more prior to date of the event, the only charge payable is the non-refundable deposit.
• 27-14 days (2 weeks) 50% of the estimated agreement value.
• 0-13 days 100% of the estimated agreement value.

4.2 For Large Events
• 182 days (26 weeks) or more prior to the date of the event, the only charge payable is the non-refundable deposit.
• 181-112 days (16 weeks) 50% of the estimated agreement value
• 111-56 days (8 weeks) 75% of the estimated agreement value
• 0-55 days 100% of the estimated agreement value

4.3 All costs incurred for any equipment and/or other services hired by the hotel under this agreement must be paid in the event of
a cancellation and may be subject to different cancellation terms and/or charges.

4.4 All cancellations must be made in writing and will be deemed to take effect from the date of receipt.

4.5 Payment of all applicable cancellation charges will be made in accordance with the clauses set out in Payment Terms
