Corporate Day Guest – Terms and Conditions
Breach of any of the following terms may result in a £250 deduction from the security deposit unless otherwise stated.
Booking and Use of Facilities
Bookings are provisional until confirmed by the Owner (Castle House Nottingham Ltd).
Corporate day hire provides daytime use of the property for meetings, training or corporate events only.
Overnight stays are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
The Owner may enter the property at any time for maintenance, safety or operational reasons.
2. Arrival, Departure and Attendance
Standard access times will be confirmed at booking.
Late departures may incur additional charges.
The number of attendees must not exceed the agreed number without prior approval.
3. Payments and Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the event date.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the Owner re-lets the date (minus a £50 admin fee).
A £500 security deposit (credit card pre-authorisation) is required and held for up to 14 days after the event.
Any deductions will be communicated within 14 days of departure.
4.Conduct and Site Rules
All guests must behave respectfully and not disturb neighbouring properties.
Noise must be kept low, especially between 11pm–7am.
Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings (£200 cleaning charge).
Pets are not permitted (£250 charge if breached).
The property must be left clean and tidy; excess cleaning is charged at £25 per hour.
Fireworks, lanterns, bonfires, and camping are not permitted.
5. Equipment, Damage and Breakages
All damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Furniture, equipment and fixtures must not be moved between buildings.
External suppliers/contractors used by the Guest are not the Owner’s responsibility.
6.Music, Noise and Events
Music must remain at a reasonable level at all times.
No amplified outdoor music is allowed on Sundays without written permission.
Plans to use live or amplified music must be disclosed at the time of booking.
If not disclosed, the Owner may refuse permission for music.
The Owner may require music to be lowered or turned off if complaints arise.
7. Marquees and Temporary Structures
Any marquee or temporary structure must be pre-approved by the Owner.
Structures must be self-sufficient and not connected to building utilities unless approved.
Guests must ensure suppliers arrive and leave within booking times.
Additional charges may apply if the Owner must supervise deliveries or collections.
8. Liability and Insurance
The Owner accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings.
The Owner’s public liability insurance covers general site use only.
Guests must arrange their own insurance for corporate activities and contractors.
9. Waste and Lost Property
Waste that exceeds the capacity of onsite bins must be removed by the Guest.
Lost property is held for 1 month; returns incur a £10 fee plus postage.
10. Hot Tub
Hot tub rules displayed onsite must be followed.
Misuse requiring a drain/refill incurs an £80 fee and a 24-hour downtime.
The Owner may remove hot tub access without refund if rules are not followed.
11. Owner Rights
The Owner may refuse or cancel bookings for exceptional reasons and will refund monies paid
The Owner reserves the right to evict guests or apply fines for anti-social behaviour, damage, breaches of terms, or misuse of the site
