“HeyVenues”, “we”, “us” or “our” means HeyVenues Ltd.
“You”, “Venue” or “Venue Manager” means the individual or organisation that lists a venue on the Platform.
“Platform” means the HeyVenues website (heyvenuedev.tbcserver17.com), mobile application, and any associated services.
“Event Booker” means any individual or organisation that makes an enquiry or booking through the Platform.
“Content” means all information, text, images, or other material provided by you for use on the Platform.
By creating a listing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and HeyVenues. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. You confirm that you have the legal right and authority to list your venue.
2. You must ensure all information provided is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. This includes venue details, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
3. You are responsible for ensuring your venue meets all applicable laws, licences, permits, health and safety requirements, accessibility obligations, and insurance.
4.You are solely responsible for the services you provide to event bookers, including the quality, delivery, and safety of events.
5. You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
1. You manage your own listing via your HeyVenues account.
2. Listings must be kept accurate and up to date.
3. HeyVenues may edit, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion, particularly where content is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or damaging to our reputation.
1. Event bookers will enquire through the Platform. You must respond directly to the event booker and manage all further communication.
2. All contracts for services are strictly between you and the event booker. HeyVenues is not a party to any contract.
3. You are responsible for issuing contracts, terms, and invoices to event bookers.
4. HeyVenues acts solely as an introducer and accepts no liability for the performance of either party
1. It is free to create and publish a listing.
2. HeyVenues charges a 10% commission on confirmed bookings made via the Platform.
3. An invoice will be issued once the event booker has paid you. Payment is due immediately on receipt of invoice.
4. If a booking is cancelled, HeyVenues will charge 10% of any cancellation fee you charge to the event booker.
5. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or removal of your listing. Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at the statutory rate.
1. Venues agree to keep HeyVenues updated on the progress of any enquiry received through the Platform. This includes informing HeyVenues when an event booker has moved to negotiation stage, and when a booking has been confirmed.
2. Venues must respond to reasonable requests from HeyVenues for updates on the status of enquiries and bookings.
3. This communication allows HeyVenues to provide support to both parties and to issue commission invoices accurately.

2. Access to the Platform may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or issues beyond our control.
3. We reserve the right to make changes to the Platform at any time.
1. You will always own the rights to the content you upload to the Platform.
2. By sharing that content with us, you give HeyVenues permission to use it under a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence. This licence allows us to:
a) use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any form of media;
b) display your content on the Platform and on any future versions of the Platform;
c) with your agreement, share your content on other channels or partner platforms;
d) edit or adapt your content where needed to improve how it appears on the Platform;
e) use your content for HeyVenues’ own marketing, advertising and promotional activity.
3. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you provide, including images, descriptions and other materials.
4. You accept full responsibility for any content you upload. If a claim is made against HeyVenues in relation to your content (for example, copyright infringement or unlawful use), you agree to cover all costs, losses, or liabilities arising from that claim.
1 You may remove your listing at any time through your account.
2. HeyVenues may suspend or remove your listing if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or present a reputational risk.
3. Removal of a listing does not affect any outstanding commission owed to HeyVenues.
1. HeyVenues is not liable for any loss of profits, cancellations, disputes, damages, or issues arising between you and event bookers.
2.You agree to indemnify and hold HeyVenues harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities connected to your venue, listing, services, or breach of these Terms.
1. HeyVenues will process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (including GDPR).
2. We will share event booker enquiries with you, and you agree to handle event booker information responsibly, in compliance with applicable law.
3. You must not misuse or share personal data provided through the Platform.
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
